Mechnical Seals
A pump is a mechanical device used to move fluids (liquids or gases) from one location to another by increasing pressure, creating flow, or overcoming gravity. Pumps operate using different mechanisms such as displacement, centrifugal force, or positive pressure. Common types include centrifugal pumps, which use a rotating impeller to create flow, and positive displacement pumps, which trap a fixed amount of fluid and force it through the system. Pumps are essential in a wide range of applications, including water supply, oil and gas, chemical processing, and HVAC systems, where they help transport fluids efficiently.
